Hi, and welcome to my electronic portfolio!

Purpose

The purpose of this e-portfolio is to collectively organize and display my professional and educational advancements as I complete my graduate studies at Texas A&M University - Texarkana in the field of Instructional Technology. I plan to continue expanding upon this e-portfolio even after I graduate because I feel that it is one of the most effective means of tracking my growth and development as I advance in my career. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to create it at such an early time in my life, as I firmly believe it will serve as a way to reflect on my past as well as assist me in preparing for my future.

Audience

The audience of this e-portfolio is simply anyone interested in knowing more about me and my educational experiences and professional abilities.

In this e-portfolio, you will find an assortment of information about me and my accomplishments.  I have tried my best to organize everything in such a way that it is intuitive to find what you are looking for.

Below is a short description of the different sections visible on the left:

Biography	I have included a biography that outlines my past and assists the reader in getting to know who I really am.
Philosophy	This section details my personal philosophy to education and learning.
Professional Standards	This section details the professional standards that I must satisfy in my graduate studies of Instructional Technology.
Professional Development	This section details my educational and professional background, such as the educational institutions I have attended and the courses I have taken.  You can find descriptions and examples of my work that satisfy parts of the professional standards listed in the previous section within each of the courses pages.
Favorite Links	This section contains a listing of web sites that I frequently use or find to be very interesting and useful.
Reflections	This section contains my personal reflections on the development of this e-portfolio.
